Finally saw this last week - Sunday matinee at the Madison Theater. First off, I haven't been to the Madison Theater in a couple years, but I'm not sure why. The theaters are small, almost hurt-my-eyes-I'm-sitting-too-close small, but if you sit in the back, it's ok - and the seats are comfortable and recline back pretty far...

The movie itself - I'd heard of it, knew what it was about, but hadn't known much else - I can't believe it took me half the film to figure out Jared Vennett was played by Ryan Gosling...

I learned things, and really, this movie was so entertaining, and funny! and based on a global financial crisis that hurt an unbelievable amount of people. Hmmm, that Hollywood magic really worked with the telling of this story!
