Everything I Never Told You

This was on all the book of the year lists - and while I usually stay away from the hype (how long did it take me to pick up Harry Potter?), I liked this book very much.

We miss so much - you know the quote “The great enemy of communication is the illusion of it." (William H. Whyte, not George Bernard Shaw, as is often miscommunicated). This book was the story of a family, each person finally facing his/her own secrets after a tragedy, coming to grips with the things that were never admitted to each other.
