On a gorgeous Autumn day, I took Breaking Bad

for a hike in the woods, at Christman's Sanctuary.

It's so close, but we'd never been there.

It has a 30 foot waterfall, but since it had been so dry, it was not spectacular.

We'll have to go back another time. Although, the good side of the dry weather, is that we could cross the 'crick' easily.

No muddy feet.

Still beautiful and ultra quiet.

I love that the roots of this tree were entangled with chunks of shale.

This tree was so weird looking and big. Very cool.

Of course at one point, we lost the trail - even Breaking Bad, who has an excellent sense of direction couldn't find the way. It was good though, because we came across this little stone tower.
